POSITION - Team Member – Project Management(Complex Injectable)

EXPERIENCE - 6-8 Years in pharmaceutical industry (Experience of candidate should not exceed 10 Yrs.)

QUALIFICATION - MSc / MPharm / MBA + PMP would be great

CTC RANGE - Max Up to 15 LPA

JOB DESCRIPTION - Project and Strategic management for generic & 505b2 pharmaceutical drug product Complex Injectables and Ophthalmics development for Regulated market.

 Responsible for end-to-end project management activities by initiating and preparing project execution plan, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the project till commercialization stage.

 Monitors key milestones, decision points, and critical path activities to ensure delivery of project objectives as per pre-defined timelines.

 System to track and communicate project status by presenting the Dashboards to senior management.

 Lead the cross-functional activities essential for smooth progress of project through two way communication with internal teams – R&D, QC/QA, Manufacturing, Clinical, RA, IP and coordinating with Finance, SCM, Marketing as well as external partners viz CROs & CMOs.

 Managing outsourced projects, contract development and manufacturing, providing technical support.

 Conduct regular project review meetings to monitor projects progress (Minutes of meeting, Regular Developmental updates, Project Timeline, Project Tracker) involving all stakeholders.

 Regular review of the portfolio and conducting product prioritization exercise.

 NPV estimation, Budget preparation and establishing a system to control project direct and indirect costs.

 Attending Business conferences and meetings (like DCAT and CPHI worldwide) to explore In-licensing opportunity and outsourcing of high value project activities followed by inviting quotations and aiding in negotiations for Product in-licensing and out-sourced activities (like contract development, testing and manufacturing) and awarding projects to CRO & CMO.

 Finalization of Business Agreements for third parties, by working together with the Technical as well Legal Team.
